E-Sign Consent

1. Introduction

This E-Sign Consent ("Consent") applies to all electronic transactions, agreements, disclosures, notices, and other communications (collectively, "Electronic Communications") between you and TARA Labs Ltd ("TARA," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with your use of our platform and services. By providing your consent, you agree that Electronic Communications will have the same legal effect as paper-based documents.

2. Consent to Electronic Communications

By accepting this Consent, you agree that:

All Electronic Communications we provide to you satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
You consent to electronically sign documents and receive disclosures, agreements, notices, and other information electronically.
Your electronic signature is legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature.

3. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain Electronic Communications, you must have:

A device with internet access (computer, smartphone, or tablet).
A current version of a web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
Software capable of opening and viewing PDF documents (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader).
A valid email address.
Sufficient storage or printing capability to retain records.

By providing your consent, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Communications at any time by contacting us at support@tara.com. However, withdrawing consent may result in termination of your access to the TARA platform, as our services require electronic delivery.

5. Updating Your Contact Information

You agree to keep your email address and other contact information up to date. You can update your information through your account settings or by contacting us at support@tara.com.

6. Requesting Paper Copies

You may save or print copies of Electronic Communications using the print or save functionality of your browser or PDF reader. We retain copies for the time periods required by law and will provide copies upon request within those periods. If you require a paper copy, contact us at support@tara.com. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies unless prohibited by law.

7. Acceptance of Consent

By clicking "I Agree," checking a box, or otherwise electronically accepting this Consent, you confirm that you:

Have read and understand this Consent.
Agree to receive Electronic Communications.
Meet the system requirements listed above.
