Prohibited Activities and Prohibited Uses

TARA Labs Ltd · Effective Date: June 1, 2026

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

This Prohibited Activities and Prohibited Uses Policy ("Policy") sets out the activities, spending behaviors, and geographic locations that are restricted or prohibited when you use the TARA Platform and the TARA Card (together, the "Services"). This Policy supplements and forms part of the TARA Labs Ltd Terms of Service ("ToS"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the ToS.

TARA Labs Ltd ("TARA," "we," "us," or "our") is a Bermuda company (Registration No. 202504898). We are a technology company, not a bank, custodian, broker-dealer, money transmitter, or financial institution. Card Services are provided by independent, regulated third-party service providers ("External Service Providers"), including a card issuer and a custodian. The TARA Card is issued solely to individual consumers — we do not offer business, corporate, or merchant accounts.

Because our Card Services depend on External Service Providers, we are required to apply their program-level compliance standards. This Policy reflects those standards together with TARA's own requirements. Where an External Service Provider maintains additional or stricter rules, those rules apply in addition to this Policy.

We may update this Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, sanctions designations, External Service Provider requirements, or our own risk and compliance practices. The current version is always available at tara.com/legal/card-prohibited-activities (or the then-current equivalent URL).

1. Who This Policy Applies To

1.1 This Policy applies to all users of the TARA Platform, including all TARA Card applicants and cardholders.

1.2 You are responsible for your own compliance with this Policy and with all applicable laws in your country of residence and in any country where you use the Services. If you cause a third party (for example, a family member, a merchant, or a payee) to conduct an activity that would violate this Policy, you are responsible as if you had conducted it yourself.

1.3 Nothing in this Policy limits our rights under the ToS, including our right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, decline or reverse transactions, or freeze or return funds to comply with applicable law or the requirements of our External Service Providers.

2. Restricted Locations — Card Issuance

2.1 TARA Cards cannot be issued to individuals residing in, or registered in, any of the following countries:

2.2 We do not support onboarding or Card use in jurisdictions that present heightened legal, regulatory, or sanctions risks. Applicants resident in countries listed on international watchlists (for example, the FATF Grey List) are subject to case-by-case review and may require additional diligence or approval before a TARA Card can be issued.

2.3 We may add or remove countries from the list in Section 2.1 at any time without notice, including to reflect changes in sanctions, legal, or regulatory conditions, or at the direction of our External Service Providers.

3. Restricted Locations — Card Use

3.1 TARA Cards cannot be used to initiate transactions — whether at the point of sale, online, or at an ATM — in any of the following countries:

3.2 Card usage is prohibited in each of the countries listed in Section 3.1, regardless of the purpose of the transaction and regardless of where the cardholder resides.

3.3 Attempted transactions in these locations will be declined. We may treat repeated attempted transactions as a material breach of the ToS.

4. Prohibited Uses of the TARA Card

4.1 You may not use the TARA Card, and you may not attempt to use the TARA Card, for any of the following:

4.2 The categories above describe prohibited purposes, not specific merchants. A merchant that primarily operates in a permitted category but offers prohibited goods or services may still be declined.

4.3 We may decline, reverse, or refuse to settle any transaction that we, the card issuer, the custodian, or any relevant payment network reasonably believes falls within this Section 4, whether at the time of authorization or afterwards.

5. Enforcement

5.1 We monitor activity on the Platform and our External Service Providers monitor activity on their systems. If we believe, in our reasonable discretion, that you have violated this Policy or that your activity creates risk for TARA or for our External Service Providers, we may take any or all of the following actions, without prior notice:

5.2 You remain responsible for any fees, chargebacks, losses, or penalties arising from your violation of this Policy.

5.3 Suspension, termination, or cancellation under this Section 5 does not affect your ability to manage your on-chain Digital Assets through your non-custodial MPC wallet, except where we are required by law or by our External Service Providers to freeze, block, or return specific Digital Assets.

5.4 The general Prohibited Activities set out in Section 7 of the ToS continue to apply to all use of the Platform, including use of the TARA Card. This Policy supplements, and does not replace, those Prohibited Activities.

6. Changes to This Policy

6.1 We may update this Policy at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with the notice requirements set out in the ToS.

6.2 Your continued use of the Services after a change to this Policy means you accept the updated Policy.
